Workers need better help with 401(k)s

Investor education, at least in its existing forms, isn't doing enough to help workers save for retirement, according to this columnist. Employers afraid of being sued, combined with less-than-adequate trainers, have led to "pseudo-advice -- laying out a lot of pie charts people don't understand, and throwing a list of mutual funds at people without any usable explanation."
