Fidelity to cut fees in Massachusetts "529" program


Fidelity Investments said it would make dramatic cuts in the fees for the college-savings plan it administers for Massachusetts. The move comes amid growing competition in the "529" sector -- Vanguard announced it was cutting fees last week for the program it sells in Nevada.
